Marcos Guerra represents new winds of modern painting. It’s worthwhile keeping an eye on his career, he is widely known internationally as the Caribbean modernist with skill of combining different art styles. Guerra’s paintings have few human figures, and bring to mind elements of Africa primitive art and Picasso’s cubism.

Looking at the work of the artist Marcos Guerra, I realize that he has taken in a large dose of contemporary currents of visual arts. Marcos has three vital qualities to enable him to mature into a great artist: youth, decisiveness and talent.
